TRAFIKO est une formation toulousaine qui a débutée il y a une dizaine d’années avec la rencontre artistique de Niko Garcia, chanteur et auteur d’expression espagnole,
et Frank Chausson, guitariste et compositeur.



Le duo s’enrichit au fil du temps de nouveaux musiciens qui étoffe leur répertoire, avec le saxophoniste-flûtiste Frédérik Lacourt, le batteur Jean-Louis Bire, les bassistes Franck Aymon et Alan vivant et le guitariste Sebastien Guyomard.

En 1998 ils furent les premières parties de : P18 , Amparanoia , Flor del fango , Tayfa , Tarace Boulba , Dupain , et Zebda sous le nom d’ AZUKITA.



La formation s’est produite lors de festivals comme Cuba Hoy à Tournefeuille en 2006, Rio Loco « Espagne » en 2007 ainsi que Mira au T.N.T, au festival Méditerranée à Portet sur Garonne au Magic Mirror en 2008 en première partie de Origines Contrôlées, ainsi qu’au festival Bourbakibouge en 2009, puis au Rio Grande en 2010.





Un petit sucre ?? Voila enfin « azukita », Le 1er ALBUM de TRAFIKO, qui vient irrésistiblement réjouir nos tympans en ce début de saisons estivales.
Sonorités ensoleillées d’Amériques du sud et des caraïbes.
Union magique du saxophone et de la flute traversière.
Rythmiques vocales parfumées à la sauce ragga-hip hop,
cette nouvelle pépite musicale nous invite naturellement à respirer, remuer, chanter, danser !
Les membres du groupe, dont le talent scénique n’est plus à prouver, nous rappelle, à travers cet album que la vie est une musique dont le rythme improvise nos pas.

1.0 is the first album of Orxata Sound System, until now we had been able to listen to a pair of beta versions and a demo.This is the result of more than two years of work; an album in which different influences within electronic music and valencian folk music come together; electro, dub, drum&bass, ragga, rap, jazz, folk, tecno, dance... Four voices, a bass, a trumpet and a programmer, along with valuable collaborations like the one of Carles Belda to the accordion [Pomada], Marc Sempere to the shouts [Jalea Real and iX], Marcos Úbeda with trombone [Obrint Pas] and dj Chola and dj V [Sucios Por Norma] to plates.The new sound of valència, Post-Bacalao in pure state!

Orxata Sound System is a musical collective born in 2003 in the city of Valencia with the aim of merging electronic dance music with traditional Valencian singing.In their repertoire we can find from electro, techno and drum&bass rythms to ragga, dub and hip hop.The current collective consists of four singers, a trumpeter, a bassist and a programmer/sampler.In 2006 the band won the Revelation Band award from the Premis Ovidi Montllor with their demo "orxata" and in 2008 with their debut album "1.0" -the lyrics of which were edited by users of its Web through a wiki- have won the Ovidi Montllor as Best Rock-Pop Album.Since 2003 they are making available all their work on the Internet under Creative Commons licenses, allowing them to performance from Perpignan to Morocco, through much of the Catalan-speaking area.
